I need help About This Page:

Ok,

1) I want to post pictures for my trip report for the Mall of America trip and I can't seem to understand how to do it...
All my photos are jpgs and I figured out how to resize it on imager.com but now what do i do?

2) I can't find th driveway..i have the chat room questions and then this forum but no driveway? so where do i test this?

Any help would be so appreciated...i also wanted to change my sig pic so any help there?

When you get Here you scroll down near the bottom and you'll end up at The Driveway: Testing Grounds . It is the forum just above this one.

If you'll generate a message in The Driveway: Testing Grounds, titling it "uploading photo", then click on the continue button (making sure the the box for "I want to preview my post and/or attach a photo" is clicked).

Now, at the next screen, just above the continue button, is a box where you can enter the location of the picture on your computer where the photo is located. If you don't remember where it is, or aren't sure of the actual address, click on the browse button and find the file. Once you have the proper info entered in this box, click continue.

The next screen you will come to will show an attachment to the message at the top. Click on the word attachment (which should be underlined) and your picture should open and be seen. In the address bar of internet explorer, highlight and copy the complete address there (either using the right mouse click then copy or using ctrl-c), this is the address you will enter to place the photo, whether in your signature or in the body of the text.

Click on continue again and that message will go to the board.

If this photo is for your signature, click on MY HOME and go into the edit area for your signature. Go to the block and enter [.image], then paste in the code you copied from internet explorer (either using right mouse click then paste or ctrl-v)then enter [./image]. When entering the [.image][./image] do not enter the .

If you're going to enter the photo in the body of the message, use the same procedure above but place the [.image]address[./image] in the spot in your text where you want the photo to be.

What you should have is something like this, without the .'s
[.image]http://lizardcop.com/MexicoGullsm.jpg[./image]which will produce this picture;



That is the link to a picture of mine that I sometimes use in my signature block, but it shows how this works. Enter the rest of your signature, go to the bottom of the page and click on submit.

Once you've changed your sig pic, look at the message you sent in here to upload your photos and you should see the new sig pic...
