Call your Disney resort to verify room requests about three days before you arrive. [Tip: Phone numbers for resorts are in PassPorter.] 

Pay any bills that will come due while you're away.

Give a friend or family member a copy of your itinerary. (Tip: Make a copy of your At-A-Glance page at the end of the PassPorter text.)

Cancel any newspapers, mail, daycare, etc.

If the unthinkable happens and you have to cancel your vacation, you must call at least FIVE days before your arrival to get your room deposit back (unless you've got a package, in which case it's too late).

Set aside the tip money you want to give to your resort housekeeper. You may even want to create fun envelopes to store the tips.
