The only coasters I've had trouble fitting into are the kiddie coasters, like mine trains or things like the Barnstormer. My legs are long, so I usually have to cross them and hog up a row to myself.

The employee was out of line and was so unlike what I've experienced at Cedar Point. Please write a letter -- someone needs to know about your experience.

Oh, Robin, I am SO sorry that Peggy was so awful to you! If it makes you feel any better, I experienced a similar incident AT WDW over being legally blind and needing to sit in the front row of an attraction. Despite the fact that I had a Special Assistance Card, he still questioned me, in line in front of everyone, about how far I can see! What, you want to do an eye test on me? Guest Services wasn't so thorough, so why are you? SEND THAT LETTER!!! And in the meantime, I have friends whe are planning a trip to Cedar Point at the end of the month. I think I'll have them look up ol' Peggy at Millenium Force and give her your best! Hang in there!

Robin - you are not going overboard. A) Mail the letter - REGISTERED so someone has to sign for it - and mail it to the head of the company -by name. Then give it 2 weeks. If you hear nothing - call and ask to speak to the VP for customer relations... And I would definately ask for a refund. That was HORRIBLE!!!

I'm with Chrissi on this - you deserve a refund! Do not settle for park passes for a future day at CP, ask for a refund.

Send your letter and a request a refund, I agree send it registered so someone has to sign for it and make a copy to send to the BBB.

She had no right to treat you like that. I agree with Terri sent that letter and make sure you get a receipt of signature.

I'm sorry you were dealt with this way Robin, I think it's absolutely disgusting and you have every right to be upset. I would definitely mail that letter! In no way are you being over-sensitve - no person should have to go through that I hope you get a letter of apology and a refund, for starters!

I would definately send that letter I am very plus sized and I expect that if something were not to fit properly I not be able to ride, but attitude like that is not acceptable, thats one reason I will not go back to Six Flags New England. I used to go every weekend with my cousin and friends, I would go to the water park, had no problems until the last weekend of the summer, went to ride on something that I had ridden maybe 100 times that summer this was 2003, Got pulled off the ride after fastening the seat belt and lowering the safety bar and told that I could not ride, I was in tears but if they felt it was unsafe so be it, I went and complained to the mgmt office, a very sympathetic nothing we can do its up to the ride operators, I left, went to the water park, had ridden the slide 4 times that day, got to the top and told that I could not ride that I was too "pooh sized" insert 3 letter word, this in front of a whole line of people and a guy that i was dating, they made me climb back down the stairs, well back to mgmt office, same response, I calmly explained that I wanted a full refund of my ticket if i was to not be able to ride anything, and insulted, i explained that in front of a whole line of people i was insulted very loudly, well i got my ticket price back and frankly that is why i prefer Disney, they are very pooh size friendly and frankly their employees usually are more upbeat about where they work.

I am sorry that you had to go through that too, I don't feel like people have the right to make people feel like Peggy made you feel or the operators at Six Flags made me feel. Send that letter and I hope it opens their eyes a little more.
