As of January 1, 2019, we have closed our forums. This is a decision we did not come to lightly, but it is necessary. The software our forums run on is just too out-of-date and it poses a significant security risk. The server software itself must be updated, and it cannot be without removing the forums.
So it is with a heavy heart that we say goodbye to our long-running forums. They came online in 2000 and brought together so many wonderful Disney fans. We had friendships form, careers launch, couples marry, children born ... all because of this amazing community.
Thank you to each of you who were a part of this community. You made it possible.
And a very special thank you to our Guides (moderators), past and present, who kept our forums a happy place to be. You are the glue that held everything together, and we are forever grateful to you. Thank you aliceinwdw, Caldercup, MrsM, WillCAD, Fortissimo, GingerJ, HiddenMickey, CRCrazy, Eeyoresmom, disneyknut, disneydani, Cam22, chezp, WDWfan, Luvsun, KMB733, rescuesk, OhToodles!, Colexis Mom, lfredsbo, HiddenMickey, DrDolphin, DopeyGirl, duck addict, Disneybine, PixieMichele, Sandra Bostwick, Eeyore Tattoo, DyanKJ130, Suzy Q'Disney, LilMarcieMouse, AllisonG, Belle*, Chrissi, Brant, DawnDenise, Crystalloubear, Disneymom9092, FanOfMickey, Goofy4Goofy, GoofyMom, Home4us123, iamgrumpy, ilovedisney247, Jennifer2003, Jenny Pooh, KrisLuvsDisney, Ladyt, Laughaholic88, LauraBelle Hime, Lilianna, LizardCop, Loobyoxlip, lukeandbrooksmom, marisag, michnash, MickeyMAC, OffKilter_Lynn, PamelaK, Poor_Eeyore, ripkensnana, RobDVC, SHEANA1226, Shell of the South, snoozin, Statelady01, Tara O'Hara, tigger22, Tink and Co., Tinkerbelz, WDWJAMBA, wdwlovers, Wendyismyname, whoSEZ, WildforWD, and WvuGrrrl. You made the magic.
We want to personally thank Sara Varney, who coordinated our community for many years (among so many other things she did for us), and Cheryl Pendry, our Message Board Manager who helped train our Guides, and Ginger Jabour, who helped us with the PassPorter-specific forums and Live! Guides. Thank you for your time, energy, and enthusiasm. You made it all happen.
There are other changes as well.
Why? Well, the world has changed. And change with it, we must. The lyrics to "We Go On" for IllumiNations say it best:
We go on to the joy and through the tears
We go on to discover new frontiers
Moving on with the current of the years.
We go on
Moving forward now as one
Moving on with a spirit born to run
Ever on with each rising sun.
To a new day, we go on.
It's time to move on and move forward.
PassPorter is a small business, and for many years it supported our family. But the world changed, print books took a backseat to the Internet, and for a long time now it has been unable to make ends meet. We've had to find new ways to support our family, which means new careers and less and less time available to devote to our first baby, PassPorter.
But eventually, we must move on and move forward. It is the right thing to do.
So we are retiring this newsletter, as we simply cannot keep up with it. Many thanks to Mouse Fan Travel who supported it all these years, to All Ears and MousePlanet who helped us with news, to our many article contributors, and -- most importantly -- to Sara Varney who edited our newsletter so wonderfully for years and years.
And we are no longer charging for the Live Guides. If you have a subscription, it's yours to keep for the lifetime of the Live Guides at no additional cost. The Live Guides will stay online, barring server issues and technical problems, for all of 2019.
That said, PassPorter is not going away. Most of the resources will remain online for as long as we can support them, and after that we will find ways to make whatever we can available. PassPorter means a great deal to us, and to many of you, and we will do our best to keep it alive in whatever way we can. Our server costs are high, and they'll need to come out of our pockets, so in the future you can expect some changes so we can bring those costs down.
Thank you, thank you, thank you for your amazing support over the years. Without you, there's no way us little guys could have made something like this happen and given the "big guys" a run for their money. PassPorter was consistently the #3 guidebook after the Unofficial and Official guides, which was really unheard of for such a small company to do. We ROCKED it thanks to you and your support and love!
If you miss us, you can still find some of us online. Sara started a new blog at DisneyParkPrincess.com -- I strongly urge you to visit and get on her mailing list. She IS the Disney park princess and knows Disney backward and forward. And I am blogging as well at JenniferMaker.com, which is a little craft blog I started a couple of years ago to make ends meet. You can see and hear me in my craft show at https://www.youtube.com/c/jennifermaker . Many PassPorter readers and fans are on Facebook, in groups they formed like the PassPorter Trip Reports and PassPorter Crafting Challenge (if you join, just let them know you read about it in the newsletter). And some of our most devoted community members started a forum of their own at Pixie Dust Lane and all are invited over.
So we encourage you to stay in touch with us and your fellow community members wherever works best for you!

Allc aught up. It seems like you're having a great vacation.
I too can only see a few pictures in each post, which also appear as attached at the bottom of the post - the others I can't see.
Ok so Not sure what I'm doing wrong with the photos but I will try again.
I always make the ADR for breakfast for around 8am since my little 2 won't hold off much longer then that to eat and I like being in the park nice and early (usually before it opens) But when I'm getting up so early I question my thinking. Then when we get there I remember why I do it.
This mornings ADR is for Akeshur Royal banquet. We will do this one every year. I like that we see 5 (or more) princesses and they come to us. Next year I will try for CRT but my girls are just as happy here. This year the Photo Princess was Belle in her Yellow dress. (last year we had Aura). The lovely ladies that came to us were Ariel, Snow White, Cinderella, and Aura. They were sweet and spent just enough time with kids. They signed in their own special handwriting (one of the things I love about the signatures) But to top it off Devyn collected Kisses from each. When we left he had a face full of kisses and for the rest of the day he was proud to show them to everyone. I have them dress up in their pretty stuff for this and we get a million compliments and thanks for dressing so pretty to meet the princess. I do stash a change of clothes for later. Total =$106.46+ tip
You can see 3 of the kisses one on the fore head (light brown) and red on one cheek and a bit on the other cheek.
After breakfast we took a few photos in front of the waterfall. Then wandered over to the baby station. We had a little while till the world side opened up so we went to Soarin' Since everyone was in line for fast passes we had a 10min stand-by time. With Baby swap we were in and out in less then 30 min (older kids in the group got to go twice). With just a short time till the world side opened we went to the little playground. then headed to pick up our KP mission. I'm not a fan of these, I like to explore each area on my own and feel it makes me rush around that country. I allow one per vacation. We got Norway this time (good we spent lots of time there since we have breakfast here) while DH took the girls around Devyn and I went in to The bakery. School bread is so good, I grabbed DH a sweet pretzel (it had raisins) Not some thing I would get. We used 3 snacks = $8.50
Becky Dancing and got a standing O.
As we wandered we saw Mulan, Snow White, Jasmin& Aladdin. We watched the drummers in America, the belly dancer in Morocco, watched the train in Germany (for ever). We also Collected the kidcot masks. We asked Each CM to write Family in their language. A few said it's English but when we said it was for School and in their hand writing was what was interesting (like that of the characters) they were happy to do it. Crysta class finds it very interesting that there are some that are so close.
It's now lunch time. Teppen Edo. The kids love to watch them cook right in front of us, we have a place here. Next year we are skipping here since Epcot has so many great places to eat. Any way, Apps - I got the shrimp (for the kids) $7.50 / DH got the Tempur veggies (a little bland this time)$7.95 Main - I got the Nihonbashi (chicken and steak) $28.95 DH got the Ueno (chicken and shrimp). Crysta got Tori (chicken) $12. Becky got Ebi (shrimp) $12.50. Dessert - Both DH and I got the Ginger cake $5.50. He gave his to the girls and I shared wit the Devyn monster. The only choice for kids was the fruit cup. The kind you send for school snacks. I tossed those in the backpack. Total 125.20 +tip.
We left and watched the Drummers for a bit. While collecting more pieces of the mask we say Belle and Beast but they were going to get the tangles out of his hair so we skipped them. We found Mary Poppins, Marie, Winnie and Tigger. We checked out the water fall in Canada. and the "beetles" in UK. Wow you can just spend hours looking around. We found our coat of arms in UK too. Mine is Ugly. yup with a capital U.
It was dinner before we knew it. Cape May. A 3 min walk just out side the international gateway. It's an nontraditional New England bake (I don't have pizza at my clam bakes). The food was good but the Oreo bon-bons are what Crysta goes for. $97.94 + tip
After dinner we headed to the hotel even tho it was EMH. Devyn's allergies were kicking in and My stomach started killing but all 10 others were fine. I ate less then all them and nothing that at least one other person ate. I spent half the night getting sick. No idea way and no-one else did. Since I was up I packed the bag for the next day and packed lots of Banadryl for Devyn.
Great update to a wonderful day at Epcot! We might have to try the breakfast at Akershus in a future trip! Love the picture of Devyn with loads of kisses. Too sweet! And the picture of you with your ODD is great! Becky looks totally adorable dancing! :waytogo;

Next time we are doing the dinner, just to try something different. We love the breakfast, it's lighter then the rest since they bring it to you. The muffins are so good. Ligonberry. Becky ate 3 pints of raspberries and a muffin that's it. Devyn ate bacon and a danish.
Here is the food there in the AM. post 1606 ( not my pic but what was there for me too.) we had a good experience both times we have gone but I do early ADR's
