Everything POP Food Court About This Page:

Since we'll be staying at AoA, I've been concentrating on the food court there, Landscape of Flavors. I see lots of great comments about this food court, and I'm sure we'll enjoy it very much.

However, Pop Century is walking distance from AoA, and now I am also curious about its food court, Everything POP. I looked at their menu items, and it's quite interesting! I haven't had much luck finding reviews about the food and service, though. If you've been there, what was your experience?

We stayed in Pop in February for the first time and ate 3 meals at the food court--one lunch and two days of breakfast. The breakfasts were good--your typical fair of eggs, sausage/bacon, Mickey waffles. We were very disappointed in lunch--had the orange chicken w/rice and was supposed to be broccoli based on the picture but it was green beans instead--no broccoli available--Cast Members said they had told their manager that picture needed to be changed but alas. The chicken was burnt.
I'm sure others' experiences will vary.
We did appreciate the proximity of the food court to the shops, restrooms, and bus stops, though!

I've only eaten there a couple of times, but it was good.

One funny thing...I often eat kids' meals, more to save calories than to save money, and I ordered the kids' meatball sub at Pop one time. Here it is:



Yep, one big meatball! Well, it didn't says meatballS sub. Cracked me up.

We have not eaten at POP yet...we will be there mid June. However, in our experience, the foodcourts at the Values have lots of options. We love AoA's foodcourt! You may just love it and not want to travel to POP...but it is worth a visit to try other places.

As someone mentioned, POR has a nice foodcourt and large portions. Plus, you can ride the boat to or from Disney Springs. You might want to try it, too!!

We stayed at POR on our first trip to WDW, and yes, they have a great food court there! We actually have an ADR for Boatwright's on our "leisure" non park day, and we plan to ride the ferry boat to Disney Springs. My family loved Boatwright's when we ate there the first time around, and my older DD insisted that was the one place she wanted to go (TS) for our upcoming trip. My sister and her family (who are traveling with us, first trip for them) will get to see POR forthemselves.

I had the opposite experience at POR this February. I don't eat large meals often - I'm more of a grazer, but I do like regular dinner style food.

I ordered the children's turkey dinner and had more food than two or three adults could eat. I had 3 generous slices of turkey breast, stuffing and a roll and an entire side plate of mac and cheese and another of steamed vegetables. It also came with a small bottle of water and a bag of grapes (for dessert - I could have had a cookie instead.) I don't know if this is how they usually give the kid's meal, but it was crazy!! In the past, when my girls were young, they had covered plastic plates in Mickey shape (entree in the big circle, and sides in the ears.)

I wish they still have those out. We washed up one of these and brought it home with us. It was great here at home and lasted a while too. It was a "fun" way to give Abby her dinner every so often.

I personally don't think there is too much difference among any of the resort food courts and a bad meal can be had anywhere. Plus too, reviews are very subjective. Since you can walk there, I would definitely give it a try.

My older DD is very excited to try Everything POP, because of the "different" kinds of foods there. She specifically mentioned the Johnny Apple Seed and the Tie Dyed Cheesecake. Since we have the DDP, it looks like we can get a good bang for our buck too, so that's a plus.

We think the tie-dyed cheesecake is fun, it isn't flavored, just fun colors. We like their food court just fine. However, my son was disappointed a while back when they did away with those round individual pizzas typically found at CS places. At Pop, they replaced them with what they call pizza bread, which is sauce and cheese on a baguette. He ate it, but he didn't like the change. I think they've now got what they call monster slices, which would be more to his liking. And I'll tell you what I miss. They used to have dinners in a foil pan called Mom's Night Out dinners. They rotated them and had three or four selections total, I really enjoyed the fried chicken and turkey and dressing dinners, but alas they also did away with those.

Have fun exploring the two resorts and food options.

We stayed a Pop this past November, and had one meal at their food court, dinner. Had the new hamburgers they were offering and they were pretty good. But, walked across the bridge and ate the rest of our meals at AoA Landscape of Flavors. That is an awesome food court to me. So much variety and everything is so delicious that I ate there. Everything Pop just can't compare to AoA in my book.

I love the POP foodcourt! It is so much bigger than the others, including AoA. I do miss the Icees though.
