(This is Main Street by Angie, who is working on art goals here on the blog!)
This has been a personal project to blog every day for a school year on goals and dreams. My hope was that I could find a group of people to work with me.
I was lucky enough to find a small, but sincere group of inspirational people to keep me company. We've been using Walt Disney's philosophies or creations as inspiration.
I am no longer blogging daily, but I am notified if comments are posted, and I'll be happy to keep the discussion going!

Theming Dreaming
We are almost ready to move on to our next theme area. Before we leave this first area, though, let's do a little dreaming.
Take a good look at your theme area and think about any improvements that might require a shopping trip, take a little work, or could make a nice future project. Write your ideas down.
Walt Disney said I just want to leave you with this thought, that it's just been sort of a dress rehearsal, and we're just getting started. So if any of you start resting on your laurels, I mean just forget it, because...we are just getting started.
Everything Disney constantly grows and changes. Imagineers never stop asking how could a theme be improved. Many of the plans never get started. Some won't be attempted for years.
A dream is just a wish your heart makes, so there is no pressure to follow through here.
Write your dream list here.
Here is my dream list for my first theme area.
1: two new white doors.
2: a new paint job on walls.
3 a new coat of paint on my furniture.
4: some sort of small, unique hanging light accent for one corner.
5: possibly some sort of mirror or framed mirror accents for the walls.
Have a great day!

1. new nightstand
2. replace entertainment center with armoire
3. upgrade to a nicer crown molding
4. take down old wallpaper and paint
5. replace carpet
6. replace comforter with a new quilt
I know I've mentioned most of these already. We have a super-long to-do list for the house (It was mainly circa-1975 when we bought it) and we can only do a few little things at a time. Quilt should be purchased at Thanksgiving, new nightstand maybe at Christmas or a few weeks into the new year. The others are not that important at this point so they can be postponed in favor of other projects in the house that are a higher priority.0 Pixie Dust

These are great lists, guys!
I'm having trouble finding new posts with the way these blogs are organized, but I think I figured out a way to keep current. If you click Blogs next to PassPorter message boards and forums at the top of the page, you can see a whole bunch of the most recent comments.
Thanks for following with me! I keep thinking I'm The Lone Blogger, then I discover lost comments from a whole bunch of Tontos.
THANK YOU!0 Pixie Dust
