(This is Main Street by Angie, who is working on art goals here on the blog!)
This has been a personal project to blog every day for a school year on goals and dreams. My hope was that I could find a group of people to work with me.
I was lucky enough to find a small, but sincere group of inspirational people to keep me company. We've been using Walt Disney's philosophies or creations as inspiration.
I am no longer blogging daily, but I am notified if comments are posted, and I'll be happy to keep the discussion going!

The way to get started is to quit talking and begin doing.” - Walt Disney
How much time do you spend getting ready to get started when you are working on something?
Maybe you are trying to talk yourself into it.
Maybe you are trying to talk yourself out of something you'd rather do.
How much time do you waste on just one more computer game, one last text, fifteen minutes more of a nap, just one more cup of coffee?
If you fit this profile...don't you think you could have been finished by now?

A while ago we talked about this and how some of us work best under pressure.... But there is a slew of people that do just fine with that additional time getting their thoughts and actions organized to have a set "path" to travel on.... They need to "talk" it out - to motivate themselves....But I do waste time on a few things.... but they are fun for me and is it even bad when it releases the stress that could have become a barrier?0 Pixie Dust

Just one more blog read, just one more post Yup that's me right now! Sometimes I am extremely focused.......waste very little time and get lots accomplished. Other times, I enjoy the journey much more than the destination. Perhaps both have merit at different times and in different situations.0 Pixie Dust

Timmy, one of the purposes of this blog is to motivate, inspire, and support each other in finishing projects, reaching goals and (at the risk of sounding dramatic) going for dreams.
It is so funny, though, how every one of us, at one point or another, has gotten stuck in exactly what you are talking about!0 Pixie Dust
