    Disneyland Resort/Southern California Tip #19 - Double-Check That Bus!

    If you are using Disney's Magical Express to get back to the airport, confirm that you are on the right bus with your driver before boarding. If you approach a bus that is already in front of the hotel you can't see the small sign at the front of the bus. The ticket taker didn't look to see what airport we were going to nor did they ask us, and we ended up going to LAX instead of John Wayne where our plane was departing from. They didn't take us back; they just dropped us of at LAX and we had to take a very expensive cab ride back to the correct airport. Evidently from the bus drivers reaction it happens pretty regularly. It was not the best way to end our vacation!
