    General Travel Tip #1607 - Packing for Preschoolers

    Travelling with preschoolers is exhausting so I look for anything that helps them "help themselves." Getting everyone dressed in the morning is challenging but I've found a way to make it easier for me and fun for them. I pack complete outfits, including underwear, in gallon-size zip-loc bags and label with each child's name (or favorite Disney character). I add a sun for a "hot" days outfit, a cloud for a "cool" days, and a raindrop for a rainy day. Then all I do each morning is announce the weather! They can't wait to find their outfit, make a choice if there is one, and then dress themselves. As an added bonus, their clothes take up less space in the suitcase and don't get mixed together in the drawers.
