Walt Disney World Tip #2152 - Include the Folks at Home

On our last Disney trip it was the first time my daughter could not travel with us. While she has been to Disney many times, she just got married and could not go at this time. We wanted to try to include her in some way with our trip so we decided to send her trivia pictures every day while we were traveling. We sent her pictures on her phone every day of places we knew she had been for her to guess where we were. We tried to make them a little tricky so she couldn't guess so easily. One day we sent her a picture of the carousel horse from Mary Poppins and asked her what ride it was from and what park. She looked forward to getting our pictures daily to see where we were. A little while into the trip when I talked to her on the phone she started asking what park we were going to the next day so she would have a hint as to where her clue would come from. Very sneaky! We had lots of fun deciding what picture to send and she had lots of fun remembering her fun trips to Disney and she in a way felt like she was a part of our trip.
