    Walt Disney World Tip #1896 - Help Cast Members Make Magic

    Help the cast members to make it easy for the magic to find you. Sometimes it can be difficult to find a reason to start a conversation with someone that you want to interact with. It is no different for the cast members at Walt Disney World. They all want to make your trip memorable, but if you race past them, don't make eye contact or just ignore them, it is difficult for them to sprinkle you with pixie dust. Wear matching shirts, name tags, or Happy Birthday buttons. They are great openings for a new friend. Smile and say, "Hi!" to the cast member sweeping the sidewalk. Stop and listen to the 'residents' of Main Street instead of rushing past to get to Space Mountain. Make no mistake, the magic is there. Sometimes, you just need to slow down so that it can catch up with you.
