    If you take any medications daily or have had any sort of health problems (heart problems, gastric surgery, etc) or allergies like eggs, penicillin,or nuts, please consider getting some form of medical ID. Many online stores carry custom engravable and stylish med alert bracelets. Especially in the Florida heat this could be a life saver if you were to succumb to heatstroke, the paramedics would want to know if you have any other complications. Also this type of tag could be good for non-verbal people (it could read "I am autistic please call my parents/companion xxx-xxx-xxxx").
