    Walt Disney World Tip #23980 - Test Your Magic Bands at Resort Before Heading to Parks


    At level 3, you can mark this tip as a favorite!
    When we arrived at Saratoga Springs all four us us opened the doors to our unit to see if all four of the bands were working. We then headed to the parks to begin our adventure. One big problem, our bands would only open the doors to our unit and would not let us into the parks or purchase anything. We had to go to Guest Services twice to have them reset in order for us to use them. We were told that we should check with the concierge at the resorts first to make sure the bands are working properly. After our concierge reset them we had no further problems. Test them by buying something at your resort's eatery or gift shop. If they don't work they can be reset right away.
