    Over at MouseSavers.com, if you click on the 'Disney Freebies' tab, there is a link to download a POI (point of interest) file for your tom-tom or garmin. All the resort addresses are on there as well as other common destinations. We always rent a car, but I take my own GPS with me. It really helps when you want to get from one park or resort to another, also has things like the nearest walgreens, etc.
