Disneyland Resort/Southern California Tip #772 - Touring Disneyland With Little Kids

Parents of young children, when you enter the park in the morning, head directly to Fantasyland. Most people head to the rollercoasters, so during the first hour in Fantasyland you'll be able to ride almost all the rides. We head to the ones with perpetual lines first: Dumbo, Peter Pan, Storybook Land. Then we catch the ones where the lines go quickly: Tea Cups, Alice in Wonderland, Casey Jr. and, of course, the Carousel! We then head to the back to ride It's a Small World. By that time, Toontown is open (it opens an hour later than the rest of the park) and we'll be right at the entrance when we leave Small World. We can then enjoy Toontown before the lines for Roger Rabbit's Toontown Spin, Mickey and Minnie's houses and Go Gadget Coaster get too long. In fact, as the only roller coaster that toddlers can ride, Go Gadget Coaster frequently get several rides before we leave Toontown.
