Disney Cruise Line Tip #24742 - Cruise Wrinkle (And Iron) Free

When traveling on a cruise you are not supplied with an iron(various safety reasons/fire hazards). This was a huge "oh great" for my family. My next thought is I will bring a travel iron. This is also a no-no a prohibited item which could be confiscated. We had four children traveling with us and my husband even wants his jeans ironed so you get the picture. There was no way all of our clothes were going to be wrinkle free right out of the suitcase. The best solution I could find as well as a cheap fix was a 99 cent spray bottle! Literally we filled this bottle with water and spritzed the clothes then held the piece of fabric still while we used the blow dryer on the ship to remove wrinkles! Really it works quite well! I did have to run down to the laundry room to crease sleeves for formal and semi formal nights but on a 7 night cruise I was happy not to be spending my evenings in line before dinner! And this was an easy solution that anyone going on a cruise could afford! Much cheaper than paying them to dry clean.
