    You Discovered a PassPorter Tip!

Disney Cruise Line Tip #1525 - Fly In the Day Before

At level 3, you can mark this tip as a favorite!
I am involved in planning trips for Girl Scout troops as well as my own family. When taking a Disney Cruise, I always fly into Orlando the day before and stay at the Hyatt Regency right in the Orlando Airport. By doing this, you do not have to worry about flight delays due to bad weather or equipment problems. I know many people who have missed the sailing time because their flight did not land on time. When staying at the Hyatt Regency, you put your bags outside your room the morning of the cruise. The next time you see your luggage it is in your stateroom. You also have the advantage of arriving at Port Canaveral early, checking in before it gets too crowded and being one of the first people on the ship. When you finally get on the ship, you are less tense because you did not have to worry about arriving late and you are not exhausted from traveling since early in the morning.
