    Planning a trip for a family is geographically spread out can be difficult. Make sure everything is in order and everyone is excited by sending weekly "Disney Dish" updates via email. One member of your party - preferably the one doing most of the planning - can send a weekly email with the following: a countdown!, requests for input dining and touring plans, Disney news (ride closures, weather, etc.), favorite Disney memories (if you have gone before), Disney trivia, and a Disney photo of the week. This ensures that everyone's opinion is heard, all bases are covered, and that all travelers get pumped for their upcoming Disney vacation!
