    General Travel Tip #1858 - Make Sure Memories Last

    If your a photo or even a video shutterbug then you may know how it feels when you get the perfect shot or video of a magical moment, to then lose that magical moment when a hard drive or memory card fails. So to help protect your magical memories bring an external USB hard drive if you are planing on packing your laptop so that you can save your photos and videos to your laptop and to the external hard drive in case either is damaged, lost, stolen or fails. If you will be having an internet connection while on your trip you can also upload your photos or videos to one of many free photo/video sites as a third backup so that no matter what happens your magical memories will be safe.
