    Walt Disney World Tip #24744 - Trade with Jawas at Star Wars Launch Bay

    We met a few Jawas roaming around the Star Wars Launch Bay in early March. It's good to note they are scavengers (like in the movies) and will take small items for trade so it's good to have some small trinkets to give them. We gave them a Hollywood Studios Guide Map and a tube of chapstick. They don't always take what you offer. In return they give you a small piece of a droid that you can build if you collect all the pieces. (We got a head and a body, no legs) I think they are the same parts you can buy at the exit of Star Tours. It's fun but there was one Jawa who was cranky and simply ignored our kids. They also don't stand still for photos very long.
