    Walt Disney World Tip #2225 - Character Connections for Young Children

    Acclimate your children to characters before you get to Disney so hopefully it will reduce the chance of them being scared of the characters. Our first trip to Disney with your 16 month old I was leery how he was going to react to the characters since two weeks before our trip we had met the local baseball teams mascot and he was scared of the character. But when we got to Disney he wasn't scared of the characters at all. He walked up to them without hesitation. I feel that it was because we had watched several Disney Sing Along videos and we were reading him the Disney 1st Baby Books.
