    Walt Disney World Tip #2017 - Keep in Touch with Kids

    I am a single mother and I usually travel to Walt Disney World with my 10-year-old son. It's just the two of us. We rarely separate during our vacation but in the unlikely event we do, we each have a walkie talkie with us to communicate. I was able to purchase two fairly good quality walkie talkies from our local Radio Shack. Now that he's a little older I think we'll invest in inexpensive pay as you go cell phones. I have an android cell phone but prefer not to bring it into the park, in case it gets lost. I think the Trac phone would be a great idea for vacations. It would also not be a major problem if anything happened to it while on vacation. My 10 year old loved the walkie talkies but is excited about getting his 'own' cellphone for our next trip to Disney!
