    General Travel Tip #1014 - Jettison Jet Lag (Part 2)

    Invest in a pair of noise-canceling headphones (there are good-quality, affordable ones out there)! You just turn them on, and they instantly cancel out the majority of that constant airplane noise which hums in your ears throughout the flight, which subsequently makes you feel tired. You can use the headphones alone, or use them to listen to music or a movie. Utilizing them will help you avoid jet lag, and allow you to arrive at your destination feeling rested and energized!
