    General Travel Tip #23962 - Water Bottle ID


    At level 3, you can mark this tip as a favorite!
    Although we carry our own water bottles and refill them from drinking fountains as needed, sometimes we buy actual bottles of water. To distinguish whose is whose, we try to mark them with a Sharpie. Once, in desperation, and Sharpieless, I whipped off an elastic hair band and tied it around the bottle neck. It was easy to determine to whom the water belonged. Now we use this "trick" often!
