Walt Disney World Tip #23350 - Perfect Uses of Ponchos

This tip may seem a bit silly, but a few years ago, we were at the Food & Wine Festival during a rather wet day. We had umbrellas with us and purchased the ponchos. Since then the ponchos have just been gathering dust, to the point where my darling neat freak, de-cluttering husband has been about to throw them out! So, I've been trying to think of other uses for them. I've pulled them out for a day at the zoo we knew was going to be a bit damp. And more recently I've been pulling them out so I can stay relatively dry in the back yard when my daughter is wanting to play in the mud! Sure, you could use a trash bag to sit on, but the thicker plastic means I don't worry as much about it tearing. This morning I even used it so I could sit on the deck furniture & protect my rear from the morning dew. Just brings a little Disney magic home, and makes a use for an object you might otherwise throw away.
