    My E-Worksheets

PLEASE NOTE: This is an older page that is no longer being updated. Please access the worksheets via the LIVE! Guide system. Thank you!

Here you will find handy online- and PDF-based forms and tools to let you view, analyze, record, and print your trip plans and details. Online forms store your information online so you can access it from anywhere, even your mobile devices! PDF-based forms store your information locally on your hard drive using Adobe Reader.

E-Worksheets are a perk for PassPorter's LIVE! Guide and PassPorter's Club passholders, but some free and limited-use versions are made available for everyone to use and try out. Here are our FREE demos of e-worksheets (Club passholders: login to view and download the full e-worksheets):

52-Week Savings Plan - Want to save money for your Disney vacation? This is a customizable chart that helps you plan a weekly deposit that gradually increases by the end of the year! It auto-calculates a monthly deposit based on a small initial deposit multiplied by the number of people you wish to save for, incrementing each week. This is an easy-start savings plan!
Tips Budget - Budget your tips with this self-calculating worksheet. Calculate tips for Getting There, Bag Handling, Lodging, Dining, Extras, and Getting Back. The Bag Handling section sub-calculates by bag number and tip per bag amount, while the Lodging section sub-calculates by number of guests and nights.
Disney World Attraction Priorities - Prioritize your "must-see" attractions for a Walt Disney World vacation with this e-worksheet. This five-page set has a chart for Magic Kingdom, Epcot, Disney's Hollywood Studios, and Disney's Animal Kingdom, plus an extra blank one for a water park or another park. Attraction names are pre-filled into the drop-down menus, but you can also completely customize this chart by typing your own names. (Note: The demo version is customizable on the first page so you can see how it works will the full version; if you want just the blank, printable version, go right to page 5 of the demo.)
Disney Daily Ride and Meal Plan - Plan the rides, shows, and eateries you want to visit around the park(s) or other destinations you intend to visit in a single day. This worksheet gives you room to plan for up to two destinations, with up to 14 rides/shows and and up to two meal reservations per destination. There's also room to record your plans for transportation between the destinations. Enough pages for 10 days! (Note: The demo version is not customizable, but is printable.)
Advance Dining Reservations - Keep track of your advance dining reservations. Includes room for you to include the date, restaurant name, preferred reservation time, actual time reserved, confirmation number, party size, and Disney dining plan credits used. (Note: The demo version is not fully customizable, but it is printable and you can customize the top section and first row.)
Vacation at a Glance - This interactive e-worksheet helps you create a one-page synopsis of your vacation to keep handy and to give to family/friends. Includes room for your travel information, hotel name and confirmation, and an overview of each day's itinerary (park/activity, breakfast, lunch, dinner, and notes). Smart features include the ability to calculate the number of days in your trip and display only the grids for those days, plus flexible labels and room for park/activity hours.

Important Note: Be sure to open PDF e-worksheets in Adobe Reader. If you open them in your web browser, you will not be able to enter and save your information. Click here to learn more about how to effectively use a PDF e-worksheet.
